Role Overview



As our Growth Marketer, you'll be the engine behind demand generation efforts across multiple verticals. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role that blends leadership, strategy, and execution. You'll run high-performing webinar funnels, paid ad campaigns, conversion experiments, and own SEO performance. You'll lead a cross-functional marketing team while obsessing over MQLs, CPLs, CRO, and pipeline generation.

This is a full-time role with a 7am SAST start time (6am SAST preferred).



This is a growth role--for the company and for the right person ready to lead with speed, data, and relentless ownership.

Key Responsibilities



1. Marketing-Sourced Revenue & Funnel Strategy



Design and own full-funnel marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless attribution and performance tracking.

2. Webinars & Paid Demand Gen



Plan and execute high-impact webinar campaigns across verticals. Launch and manage paid media across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Continuously optimize for engagement, CPL, and conversions.

3. Experimentation & Conversion Rate Optimization



Drive continuous testing across landing pages, emails, offers, and ads. Implement successful tests and apply insights across campaigns. Focus on improving lead conversion at every stage of the funnel.

4. SEO & Content Strategy



Lead the development of SEO-focused content, including bottom-of-funnel assets and cluster content. Monitor rankings and organic traffic growth, refining the strategy to match business goals.

5. Lead Handling & CRM Hygiene



Ensure timely follow-up and strong lead handoff processes. Maintain high-quality CRM data and build reporting dashboards that support decision-making.

Skills & Experience Required



Proven track record with

Google & Meta Ads

, SEO strategy, and performance optimization. Strong background in

conversion rate optimization

, A/B testing, and split testing. Comfortable writing and editing

AI-assisted direct response copy

. Proficiency with

CRM tools

, marketing dashboards, and GHL (GoHighLevel). Experience

hiring and managing team members

, including vendors and freelancers. Outstanding attention to detail and high personal standards. Bonus: Experience marketing in healthcare or service-based industries.
