The Opportunity
We're seeking a driven, AI-first marketer who can own content creation and go-to-market execution. This is a crucial, high-impact role that requires a hands-on, scrappy approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment. Your primary mission will be to utilize AI tools to create high-volume content, run experiments across marketing channels, and accelerate growth by driving awareness and adoption among aesthetic clinics and med spas. We are looking for someone who can start immediately and help us tell our story to clinics, patients, and potential investors.
Key Responsibilities

• AI-First Content Creation:

• Utilize modern AI content creation tools (Google AI, OpenAI, or similar) to create high-volume, high-quality marketing content across text, video, audio, and visuals.
• Leverage AI-generated content creatively to stand out in a crowded market.
• Monitor social media trends and generate content that aligns with current market dynamics.
• Growth Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute campaigns to drive awareness and adoption among aesthetic clinics and med spas.
• Run experiments across marketing channels to identify scalable, cost-effective acquisition strategies.
• Tailor messaging to both clinics (B2B) and potential investors, highlighting product value and market opportunity.
• Collaboration & Tool Exploration:

• Collaborate closely with the team to experiment with various go-to-market strategies.
• Evaluate, recommend, and adopt new AI-driven marketing tools to maximize efficiency and impact.

What We're Looking For

• AI-First Mindset: Hands-on experience with modern AI content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, video generation tools).
• Growth Marketing Experience: Background in growth or digital marketing with a track record of driving measurable results.
• Content Fluency: Ability to produce compelling copy, visuals, and campaigns across multiple channels (social, email, web, paid, organic).
• Agile & Resourceful: Startup-ready--able to move fast, work independently, and deliver impact with limited resources.
• Creative + Analytical: Comfortable experimenting with campaigns and optimizing based on data and feedback.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the healthcare or medical aesthetics industry is a plus.
