What You'll Command

• Lead web development projects end-to-end--concept, build, launch, optimise.
• Work cross-functionally with designers, developers, marketers, and affiliate teams to make sites not just work, but win.
• Shape editorial strategies that elevate brand voice and drive measurable results.
• Ensure hosting, maintenance, architecture, and performance are bulletproof.
• Apply SEO best practices relentlessly to ensure rankings, visibility, and traffic supremacy.
• Analyse trends and user behaviour, translating insights into actions that sharpen growth.
• Deploy digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, paid media, social, across web assets for maximum impact.
• Monitor analytics like a hawk and adjust strategies on the fly to accelerate performance.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing and delivering medium-to-large web projects from conception to completion.
• Passion for SEO, backed by hands-on experience using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Competence in front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Console, Looker Studio, and Google Trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, you don't wait for instructions, you create solutions.
• Strong organisational discipline with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Bonus: exposure to back-end development (Python, PHP, Node.js), UX/UI design principles, and Adobe Creative Suite.
