JOB SUMMARY The Digital Field Marketing Center of Excellence is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator. This position will support Digital Specialists with the completion of defined tasks as requested by relevant field marketing teams for the hotels who participate in select Digital Field Marketing packages and services valid across Europe, Middle East & Africa. The role requires a primary focus in ensuring content is consistently reviewed and approved content is updated across the specific digital platforms and channels, provide monthly automated reports to participating hotels and support search engine optimization efforts to maximize online presence that attribute to the hotels performance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience

  • Diploma in marketing or related field or equivalent certification from higher education advantageous
  • Digital marketing experience advantageous
  • Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive; takes initiative and anticipates needs

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Managing Work, Projects, and Policies Delivers against all aspects of the Digital Marketing program and associated services for hotels and Areas. This includes: Support with management of the Hotel Web Sites on Marriott.com and Global sites
  • Conduct audit of Marriott.com Hotel Web Sites with defined score and areas of improvement.
  • Update EPIC fields associated to hotels website pages.
  • Ensure Hotels online positioning is up to date and correct. (GMB listings)
  • Update and load photography into digital asset library ensuring correct compliance
  • Support with link and PDF loading on hotel websites
  • Update alert and emergency messaging
  • Load hotels offers as directed by hotel team and continent team
  • Ensure Tripadvisor listing and updates as needed from hotel
  • 3rd Party listings (OTAxe2x80x99s) and content scores updates to hotels
  • Add content as directed through Marriott systems
  • Provide detailed feedback on content audits and scores

Search Engine Optimisation
  • Support with the quality assurance of various reports and deliverables for hotels in the programme
  • Support with the general administration of the programme including the maintenance of tracking sheets and internal folder structure
  • Publishing content optimization updates for hotels in the programme across the various platforms including EPIC and DAC
  • Opening and tracking tickets for meta data updates
  • Audit of HWS to ensure updates have been published successfully

Reporting
  • Provide monthly automated reports to all participating hotels, ensuring data is accurate and the report is sent to the relevant persons at hotel level as per set time frame monthly.
  • Support DFM team in pulling automated reports for participating hotels and distribute to relevant team member within set time frame.

Email Marketing Support
  • Executes assigned METT email campaigns per markets
  • Liaise with the in-market team for assets collection, edits as required
  • Processes image resizing with Digital Studio and upload into the METT tool
  • Acquire approval from ADMDL and Continent loyalty for each campaign by required deadline dates
  • Reviews offers to ensure its bookable and loaded on MBOP as required
  • Tests and feedback from DFM, loyalty and global teams; changes implementation
  • Capturing of deployments and reporting

Supporting Operations
  • Provide administrative support as required across all functions within the Center of Excellence
  • Identify training opportunities to elevate digital knowledge and participate in regular shadowing sessions with Digital Specialists
  • Support with defined projects as outlined by the manager
