Position summary:

As part of the design team you would be responsible for brainstorming and creative ideation, collaboration with other team members, and execution of various digital design assets.

You would need to be flexible and be able to adapt to different styles, depending on the brand.

The designer should be knowledgeable about the latest design trends and best practices for web and mobile designs, and how best to apply those for our internal brands and clientsxe2x80x99 brands.

Responsibilities

• Attend briefings and brainstorm sessions.
• Forge and execute exciting digital ideas.
• Work closely with the inbound team on any creative assets needed including

• key visuals for campaigns
• high value content pieces such as infographics, ebooks, cheatsheets, guides etc
• various banners, social media banners, posts, stories, display and video ads etc.
• Interface design and responsive design for landing pages, websites and various apps.
• Design of email templates and email campaigns, in line with best practices
• Design vector illustrations for characters, icons, animations, infographics etc.

• Industry related certifications, degree or diploma
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant agency experience within this specific position, including work with digital emphasis
• Able to adapt and change the approach and style depending on the client or brand
• Solid experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, Photoshop, Spark, After Effects, XD and Figma/Sketch
• Other design tools that speed up execution e.g. Canva etc
• Good project management skills
• Highly motivated!

• Storyboarding and animation skills
• HTML, CSS and any front-end development skills
• Multimedia production

• Knowledge of best practices for user experience, user centred design and usability for interface design
• In-depth knowledge of design principles e.g. contrast, balance, emphasis, pattern etc
• Solid understanding of the digital landscape including inbound marketing, social media web and mobile design, email marketing etc
• Creative thinker
• Strong conceptual thinking skills

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
