Do you have a passion for creating amazing multimedia content? Wexe2x80x99re looking for a Digital Learning Developer to create a mix of blended digital resources. You will be joining a dynamic, fast-paced organisation that works with world renowned clients. You will be developing innovative resources including web-based learning content as well as graphics and potential animations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, create, develop, and support learning technology initiatives and provide technical expertise for the programming of online content
• Participate design brainstorms or workshops
• Create elements for interactive online training using text, photographs, sound, animation, illustrations, etc.
• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of learning technology materials and applications including storyboards and project plans
• Create, develop, and program online learning materials and applications
• Develop templates and graphics for use in delivering online content and applications
• Responsible for implementation and deployment of learning solutions, packaging, publishing, and deployment
• Manage your time to meet your deadlines
• Thoroughly QA your design deliverables before submission
• Keep management/leads up to date with all progress or deviations to a project

• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in digital learning development capacity including analysing, designing, implementing and evaluation of e-learning content
• Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe suite
• Proficient in SCORM compliant e-learning authoring tools and other media tools
• Experience with incorporating multiple media elements in to learning programs including audio, video, animation, simulation, and graphics
• Visual and graphic design skills
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and fact-based decision-making abilities
• Strong attention to detail and have the ability to do a thorough design QA
• Strong time management skills
• Solid organisational and written/oral communication skills
• Willingness to share ideas and contribute in a collaborative effort
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Solid time management and multitasking skills
• Foster positive working relationship with team members and peers
• Experience with project management, including managing timelines, establishing priorities, and achieving milestones and deliverables
• Able to receive handovers and interpret storyboards
