What we are looking for: A Digital Art Director to join our incredible team.

What you will do:

• Lead a team of skilled creatives, drive the development of visually stunning and conceptually strong designs for a range of digital platforms
• Collaborate with UX designers to integrate user-centred design principles and ensure a seamless and engaging user experience
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from ideation to execution, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met
• Ensure that digital designs align with and reinforce the overall brand identity and guidelines
• Incorporate animation and multimedia elements into digital designs when applicable, adding dynamic and engaging components
• Stay abreast of design trends, emerging technologies and changes in the digital landscape,and adapt the creative approach accordingly

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of four yearsxe2x80x99 experience in art direction, particularly in digital and interactive media
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles and experience in website design and maintenance
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Willing to work fully on-site
