The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• In conjunction with relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the Partys messaging is successfully communicated on digital marketing platforms and social media to the appropriate audiences
• Assisting with implementing the Partys digital advertising and digital marketing strategy
• Ensuring all paid digital adverts are placed correctly and timeously
• Ensuring that finances related to digital advertising are managed efficiently

Minimum requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Experience in:

• Digital marketing
• Search engine optimisation
• Front-end web management
• Social media management
• Content creation
• Copywriting
• Budget/financial management (basic level)
• Knowledge of:

• Digital marketing trends and online marketing tools
• Analytics and performance measurement
• DA Policies
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite

• Editing and proofreading
• Written and verbal communication
• Administration and attention to detail
• Time management
• Multitasking
• Problem solving

Abilities:

• Use initiative and work well in high-pressure situations
