We work with a team of writers, editors, and advertisers across multiple channels to maintain quality and consistency in everything we produce.Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee communication and task coordination between our writers, editors, and advertising partners. You will be responsible for managing content pipelines, creating review outlines, liaising with advertisers, arranging legal approvals and ensuring smooth project execution using tools like Asana, Slack, email, and LinkedIn.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between advertisers, writers, and internal teams
• Maintain regular communication via email, Slack, and LinkedIn
• Manage project workflows using tools like Asana (or similar)
• Create and assign tasks with clear deadlines and deliverables
• Prepare detailed outlines and briefs for finance product reviews
• Oversee content production timelines to ensure timely publication
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues
• Assist in onboarding new writers or partners when needed
• Handle legal approvals if and when needed
• Maintain documentation and content calendars
• Help improve existing workflows and processes

Hard Skills Required:

• Strong experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
• Proficiency in professional communication platforms (Slack, Gmail, LinkedIn)
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital publishing (titles, subheadings, formatting)
• Experience creating content outlines or article briefs
• Familiarity with finance topics (trading tools, stock tips, investing)
• Strong command of written English
