Project Manager

What You'll Do

As our

Project Manager

, you'll be the go-to for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple ongoing digital projects. You'll work closely with creative, dev, support, and marketing teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Your day-to-day:

Build and manage project timelines with precision Assign and track tasks across teams using our PM tools Lead daily stand-ups and weekly syncs Coordinate with team leads to align deliverables and deadlines Flag risks, blockers, or delays before they become problems Keep stakeholders in the loop with clear, timely updates Escalate and resolve issues to keep momentum going Analyze team workflows and suggest improvements
What You Bring

3+ years in digital marketing or creative project management Experience juggling priorities across multiple departments Strong grasp of PM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.) Proficiency with Slack, Microsoft 365, and Figma Excellent written/verbal communication (U.S. English) Calm, clear, and confident under pressure Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable using AI or automation to boost efficiency You're not just a task tracker--you're a problem solver
