Job Description
A well-established dealership in Richards Bay, KZN is looking for a Diesel Technician with IVECO/FAW experience.
Responsibilities:
- Fault-finding and diagnosis on IVECO/FAW Busses/Trucks by interpreting product xe2x80x9cunder performancexe2x80x9d and/or failure.
- By following directives provided in Workshop Manuals, produce work of IVECO/FAW acceptable standards.
- Follow repair, maintenance instructions and specifications as per the manual.
- Ensure excellence in customer service delivery through meticulously following procedures/processes.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate reports on diagnosis, assessment of component/part, failures, observations, actions and recommendations.
- Must be practically and mechanically oriented
- Trade Test Certificate- Qualified Diesel Mechanic
- 1-2 years IVECO/FAW experience
- Must be able to think logically and clearly
- Must have self-discipline
- Must be psychologically and medically fit
- Must possess good vision and be able to identify different colors
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be safety conscious, to avoid unnecessary accidents
- Must have business sense and good judgment
- Must care about the quality of work to be done and have customer satisfaction in mind
