Dialer Administrator
Job Description
Manage and maintain the dialer system, ensuring optimal configuration for outbound campaigns.
Oversee campaign strategy, including list management, pacing, and segmentation.
Monitor campaign performance, generate analytical reports, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Identify system issues, troubleshoot, and liaise with vendors or technical support when needed.
Track agent productivity and recommend improvements in dialer utilisation.
Ensure adherence to all data protection and call centre compliance standards.

Pay: From R20000,00 per month
