Lead and support a team of supply chain.br /? Be a player in the development of collective performance.br /? Share information and facilitate communication within the team.br /? Develop the team to meet strategic business objectives.br /? Manage daily sales and customer relations.br /? Build and implement the Business Action Plan of the department.br /? Introduce efficiency, improvement measures for an optimal return and stakeholder value.br /? Ensure the day-to-day management of the department is to respect the customer promise.br /? Coordinate and contribute to the sales activities in store.br /? Ensure quality customer relationship (internal and external).br /? Develop and update own skills and knowledge.br /? Assume leadership role on behalf of the HOD when the HOD is not available.br /? Participate in teamwork to ensure quality service and productivity of the store.br /? Ensuring optimal staff is available for delivering excellent customer service to all customers.br /? Ensuring all stock is priced and displayed correctly.br /? Profile

The successful candidate should have the following skills, experience and attributes:

? Minimum Matric or NQF4 Equivalent.

? Relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.

? Previous retail experience at a junior management level.

? Excellent interpersonal skills.
