Title: Delegate Sales Executive
Reports to: Commercial Director
A Delegate Sales Executive is responsible for the sale of delegate passes to international conferences
and events. This is a telesales role which involves selling to high level executives in the energy,
mining & technology industries and includes a large volume of prospecting and cold calling to meet
KPIs and targets.
Responsibilities:
Individuals with a keen and sound knowledge of international, business and economic affairs
Prior experience in sales is preferred but not compulsory.
Ability to work effectively to achieve high-volume KPI call volumes.
Perfect command of both written and spoken English.
Fluency in a second language, preferably Portuguese, French or Arabic, is a plus.
Commercial and business acumen.
Outstanding personal presentation.
Excellent organisational, networking and interpersonal skills
Self-starter, functioning well within a team environment while being capable of working
independently.
Must demonstrate problem solving and communications skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
Capable of adapting to new cultures and changing environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot & Trello
