Decision Support System Developer
Job Description
Qualifications And Experience:
- BIT or BSc in Computer Science preferable
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Full stack web developer
- Experience with web-based GIS & mapping
Responsibilities:
- Development of the systems will be done with the input of civil and mechanical engineers.
- Testing, diagnosing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliably.
- Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
- Basic understanding of statistics, machine learning and artificial neural networks.
- Capability to work with data from local sources (offline) and online sources which will be displayed on a website to be developed
- Understanding of hierarchical user access control and levels of information
- Able to develop striking graphical display of analyses outcomes
- Capability to develop communication and reporting systems - automatic user alarms, PDF reports & notifications (WhatsApp messages, bots, emails, etc.)
Requirements:
- Understanding of App development and related programming will be advantageous (Android Design Studio, Apple Developer)
