Summary
My Client is a well know Agriculture company based in Hoedspruit, they seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Debtors Clerk to ensure accurate financial record-keeping, compliance with statutory regulations, and the provision of timely financial insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
- Monitor and manage company receivables
- Ensure timely invoicing and collections from agents and debtors
- Perform in depth revenue and debtors reconciliations monthly
- Invoicing and collection of cash sales and recoveries
- Processing of Cashbook and petty cash
- Projections for producers biannually
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Grade12
- Studying towards a finance degree or diploma will be advantageous
- Pastel accounting experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant debtors or finance experience
- Packhouse experience will be an advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
- Ethical, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
