Our client is a reputable commercial real estate service business. Although operating in major cities across South Africa, they have two main branches in Cape Town and Johannesburg. With a medium to large staff compliment, they are expanding their Cape Town finance team. They are looking for Debtors Administrator, with a high level of competency and organizational skills.
A role of this nature will see you responsible for account allocations, reconciliations, updating age analysis reports, liaising with attorneys as well as sending invoices, statements, reminders and final demand letters to tenants. Additionally, you will be tasked with processing debit order runs, receipting, handovers, arrears reports, checking bank statements, checking municipal charges, and filing.
To be considered for this role you will need:
3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role
A tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance
Experience using MRI/MDA will be advantageous
Excellent customer management skills
2-4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience working in retail or commercial property sector
