Debtor and Creditor Administrator (Finance) - Butterworth, Eastern CapeJob Opportunity: Debtors and Creditors Administrator (Finance) - RemoteWe are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Debtors and Creditors Administrator to join our Finance team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from East London. Debtors Administrator Responsibilities:Mail Proof of Deliveries (PoDs) to clients for direct delivery verification. xe2x80xa2 Open and maintain Cash on Delivery (CoD) and debtors accounts. xe2x80xa2 Process and record daily payments received. xe2x80xa2 Generate and send monthly statements to clients.Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any payment-related issues. Creditors Administrator Responsibilities: xe2x80xa2 Prepare purchase orders (POs) for all incoming stocks. xe2x80xa2 Accurately capture and record incoming stock information. xe2x80xa2 Prepare reconciliations and remittances for supplier payments.Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices. xe2x80xa2 Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve any payment discrepancies or queries. Requirements: xe2x80xa2 Proven experience as a Debtors Administrator and/or Creditors Administrator. xe2x80xa2 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Excel. xe2x80xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. xe2x80xa2 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. xe2x80xa2 Knowledge of financial regulations and practices.
