Proficient computer skills and comfortable working with various digital platforms
Solid experience in debt review administration, including Form 17.1 and 17.2 processing, proposal drafting, reworks, and handling terminations
Proven ability to engage with credit providers to follow up on outstanding tasks and documentation related to the Debt Review process
Strong administrative and organizational capabilities with attention to detail
Effective team player who collaborates well with colleagues to achieve common goals
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills for professional client and stakeholder interaction
Systems Knowledge:
Familiarity with
Finwise
(Debt Review PDA system)
Competent in using
Microsoft Excel
for data management and reporting
Proficient in
Microsoft Outlook
for managing professional email communication
