We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Head Administrator
to oversee the entire
debt review administrative process
. The ideal candidate will ensure that all client files are managed accurately, timelines are met, and compliance standards are maintained. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and an excellent understanding of the debt review process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the full debt review administrative team.
Monitor workflow and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
Ensure Payments, are made and contact clients for missed payments.
Ensure compliance with NCR regulations and company procedures.
Train, support, and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent performance standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in debt review administration.
Strong understanding of the
National Credit Act (NCA)
and the
Debt Review process
.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate (MS Excel, Finwise, and related systems).
High attention to detail and accountability.
