What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Designing and executing collection and recovery strategies for all secured lending portfolios, including property, tangible, and intangible assets.
• Overseeing end-to-end collections operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and risk management.
• Leading the rehabilitation and restructuring process of distressed assets, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
• Providing strategic leadership and guidance to a high-performing collections team, while driving continuous improvement.
• Partnering with internal legal,

You'll Need To Bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance,
