We're looking for a
driven and confident Rental Collections Officer
to join our dynamic property management team. In this role, you'll take the lead incollecting outstanding tenant rent and fees
, maintaining strong relationships while ensuring accurate records and timely payments.What We're Looking For:
Fluent in
Afrikaans and English
(spoken and written)Based in Pretoria
with own reliable transportExperience in property rentals
or collections preferredStrong administrative and communication skills
Comfortable working under pressure and handling difficult conversationsTarget-driven
with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Experience collaborating withdebt collection agencies
Your Role Includes:
Contacting tenants with missed or overdue payments Maintaining up-to-date payment records and reports Managing payment arrangements and following up consistently Liaising with debt collection partners for long-term arrears
