Debt Collection Agent
Job Description
Debt collection experience will be an added advantage
Matric (Completed)
Plan course of action to recover owed money
Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
Collect outstanding debts from clients across all provinces
Proficiency in English and/or other local languages.
Excellent telephone manner
Computer literate
Update account status and database regularly.
Requirements
This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
