Job Description
Dealer Development & Marketing Coordinator (Commercial Vehicles)
Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng
Salary: R25 000 R35 000 Basic (Dependent on Experience)
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the national dealer development roll-out plan, ensuring alignment with brand CI standards
- Manage facility visibility and signage compliance in line with CI guides
- Liaise with dealer teams, contractors, and internal departments to drive project milestones
- Track and report on dealer readiness, project pipelines, costs, and timelines
- Conduct regular site visits nationally for dealer audits and alignment
- Coordinate marketing materials, events, and point-of-sale (POS) ordering
- Assist in in-house training logistics and online training portal roll-outs
- Maintain marketing and communication distribution databases
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 24 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Direct experience in OEM project management or dealer development (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record of project management success
- Valid Code 8 Drivers License
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset and confident, proactive approach
