Job Description
Dealer Development and Marketing Coordinator Automotive (Isando)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage dealer development roll-out plans
- Ensure dealer brand compliance with Corporate Identity (CI) standards
- Manage facility signage, visibility, and brand standards
- Coordinate projects and report on progress (weekly/monthly)
- Liaise with dealer teams, contractors, and internal departments (including finance, sales, and marketing)
- Schedule and attend regular dealer site audits nationally
- Maintain marketing database and distribution lists
- Coordinate events and in-house/online training sessions for dealers
- Manage multiple departmental projects simultaneously
- Bachelors degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years experience in a similar role (OEM/Dealer Development required)
- Strong project management track record
- Code 8 drivers license
- Willing to work in Isando
- Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and adaptable approach
