Dealer Development & Marketing Coordinator (Commercial Vehicles)
Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng
Salary: R25 000 xe2x80x93 R35 000 Basic (Dependent on Experience)
Type: Permanent | Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:Oversee the national dealer development roll-out plan, ensuring alignment with brand CI standards
Manage facility visibility and signage compliance in line with CI guides
Liaise with dealer teams, contractors, and internal departments to drive project milestones
Track and report on dealer readiness, project pipelines, costs, and timelines
Conduct regular site visits nationally for dealer audits and alignment
Coordinate marketing materials, events, and point-of-sale (POS) ordering
Assist in in-house training logistics and online training portal roll-outs
Maintain marketing and communication distribution databasesMinimum Requirements:Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2xe2x80x934 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Direct experience in OEM project management or dealer development (non-negotiable)
Proven track record of project management success
Valid Code 8 Driverxe2x80x99s License
Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Analytical mindset and confident, proactive approach
