Purpose of the position:
The role of the Data Quality Monitor is responsible to verify, maintain and prepare Data for RSs, DOH and PR . To ensure that Data is accurately logged and processed.
Minimum Requirements
A High School diploma/Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
Experience:
Minimal travel by land or air if required
At least 2 -3 years data capturing and monitoring
Willing to work overtime
Understanding of HIV/AIDS TB and other diseases
Understanding of Key populations
Valid Driver's License
Computer literate in MS Office
Proficient in, record keeping and filing
IT or networking experience; experience in capturing data, maintaining and/or updating databases and data analysis which includes the whole data management process
Excellent organizational and administration skills, with a particular emphasis on attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities
Liaise with Stakeholders
Verify compiled Monthly Statistics
Create/maintain Data Files and appropriate Documentation
Ensure that all Documents are filled according to Aurum's SOP's
Analayse data as required
Generate reports as required
Supervise all staff that are responsible for data capturing
Maintaining strict confidentiality
Any other duties as assigned by the M&E Coordinator, Site Manager and/or Key Populations Programme Director
Capture the data accurately from paper forms into a specific database according to Aurum-specific guidelines
Track/log all paper forms received in-house in the in-house Tracking/Logging System
Review paper forms for completeness, accuracy and consistency
Verifying of data from papers forms with the Electronic Database
Handle and store data accurately
Respond to all internal queries from within the organisation about data deliveries and schedules
Resolve data discrepancies
Supervise all staff responsible for data collections
Verify compiled monthly statistics
Liaise with all Stakeholders, when necessary, towards the achievement of Company and Departmental Goals
Stakeholder engagement
Represent Aurum in different TG platforms and Technical Working Groups (TWG)
Create/maintain Data Files and appropriate Documentation
Ensure that all Documents are filed according to the organisation's SOP's
Ensuring clients records are completed correctly
Participate in proactive Team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Adheres to all Data Management SOP's, Guidelines and Confidential Agreements
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures according to prescribed procedures and legislation
Report all unsafe activities to Senior Management/Human Resources
* Adhere and maintain Decision making authority as allocated to the position
