TB HIV Care (THC), in existence since 1929, is an internationally recognized non-profit organization. Purpose of the position
The Data Capturer will work closely with the M&E Officer and Team Leads in the AYP Programme at designated THC Community Safe Spaces and in-school cohorts and within their communities to ensure enrichment, risk assessment, quality care and support for AYPs.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Minimum of one years' experience in similar position
Experience in data collection and capturing
MS Office profiency
Clear criminal record
Ability to travel as and when required
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the implementation of NACOSA vision and strategy as the Data Capturer with the Team Leads and M&E Officer
Ensure the interventionists capture the paper-based forms on the Web (My Hope) or use Biometric System correctly
Verify, scan, rename, and upload enrolment and risk forms and service plans provided by the interventionists
Manage your appointments for each team/interventionist to submit and discuss their data
* Provide information to Team Leads on staff who are not capturing correctly to ensure ethical data and correction of the problems
