Job Summary MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be a key member of the team and will carry out various types of vehicle conversion to a very high standard, with customer satisfaction always in mind.
SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willing to continue to develop and learn
- You will possess a strong team ethos in your work and always willing to provide support to co-workers.
- Understand technical information and drawings.
- Have a good standard of education to include GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English.
- Be self xe2x80x93 motivated with excellent communication skills.
- A mindset that prioritises health and safety.
- Candidates must have recognised / comparable qualification with a minimum of 3 years suitable work experience in a similar environment.
- Have at least 1 -2 years of welding experience in a similar environment.
- Full driving licence.
- It would be desirable, but not essential that candidates also have the following relevant qualifications e.g., City and Guilds, BTEC
