Customer Support Sales Engineer
Job Description
:
Conducting audits on both new and existing machines, evaluating not only individual performance but also assessing the efficiency and optimization of the entire production line.
Creating and delivering price quotes and audit summaries to clients.
Offering post-service support and providing necessary spare parts to clients, addressing the needs identified during machine audits.
Developing and selling Service Level Agreements tailored to specific customer requirements.
Knowledge of packaging machines
Understanding of packaging machinery
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer support (Sales Engineer)
Numerical aptitude
Strong administrative capability
Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Afrikaans
Excellent people skills and customer service orientation
Must be able to travel regularly both nationally and internationally and work outside normal hours
Valid drivers license
Qualification:
NDip Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
