Teach Me 2 provides a premier tutoring service to learners and their families around the world. Our goal is to help families prepare their kids for life by giving them back their confidence in areas they've previously struggled. Our service also provides first-time jobs and a valuable source of income to tutors, most of whom are full-time students. We are passionate about developing people.

Teach Me 2 is seeking an extraordinary person to join our Support Team. The ideal candidate would be someone we can trust to shape our clients' futures and provide excellent and personalised customer service every day. Your role and who you'll be working with:

You will work within our award-winning Support Team who manage the ongoing journey for all of Teach Me 2's learners and tutors.

This is an ideal role for someone who is a parent themselves and can relate to the needs of other parents and their children.

This person needs to be someone who:

  • Is willing to go above and beyond to ensure their clients receive surprisingly good, personalised service
  • Has excellent time management skills
  • Is computer savvy
You'll be responsible for the following:
  • Daily management of client specific tasks ( using our internal system )
  • Daily communication with clients and tutors (you will need to be on the phones for a minimum of 80% of your day)
  • Build relationships with clients and tutors to ensure that they have a surprisingly good experience with us
  • Daily communication with our internal admin support team to keep client accounts up to date (you will need to have excellent communication skills)
  • Arrange lesson plans by liaising with clients, learners, and tutors
  • Communicating all policies and procedures regarding payments with clients
  • Resolve queries from tutors regarding their pay and lesson plans.
  • Resolve issues and complaints from clients and tutors
  • Work with the Sales team to ensure long term retention of clients
Requirements:
  • Previous work experience in a high-pressure client-facing role essential
  • Own laptop with webcam
  • Strong and stable internet connection
Basic Details:
  • Work remotely from anywhere within South Africa! ( Cape Town staff work one day a week at an office in Claremont )
  • Contract length: 3 months, looking to extend to permanent after 3-month trial.
  • Local Support Team Hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday (with rotating 4-6 hour weekend shifts during busy seasons)
  • Start Date: ASAP
