This is a remote position.
Main Accountabilities...
MUST BE BASED IN SOUTH AFRICA
- Respond to customers via email and social media channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer issues with the least amount of disruption as
possible.
- Offer pre and post purchase information and support to our customers.
- Be a specialist of our current and upcoming products to advise and hype
customers.
- Ensure that the customer has an awesome experience, every time.
- Identify potential issues with the product from customer feedback and report this
as necessary.

EXPERIENCE WITH SHOPIFY MUST HAVE xe2x97x8f Worked in a fast paced customer response team You might have... xe2x97x8f Experience with Gorgias or any other customer service Helpdesk. KEY SKILLS xe2x97x8f Outstanding customer service skills xe2x80x93 you are naturally customer focused. xe2x97x8f You can think outside of the box xe2x80x93 we go against the norms and every person that you communicate with is individual. There isnxe2x80x99t always a xe2x80x9cone size fits allxe2x80x9d answer. xe2x97x8f You are empathetic and able to put yourself in the customer's shoes. xe2x97x8f Love ownership, you own the problem along with the solution and will always endeavour to resolve any issues that they have with our products or service as swiftly and smoothly as possible. xe2x97x8f The ability to diffuse a situation xe2x80x93 turn a negative review into a positive through a great customer experience. xe2x97x8f Drive and determination to do what is right but always following process. xe2x97x8f Excellent written communication.
