This is a 24/7 contact center and shifts are rotated every 3 weeks.

Key Deliverables & Outputs:
- Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction in the retail investment industry
- Provide information to clients regarding the financials services that the company provides
- Respond to customer enquiries about how the companyxe2x80x99s investment products and software offerings
- Manage specific client cases involving communication with different internal departments
- Identify sales opportunities and work closely with Sales Teams in order to provide optimal client experience
Grade 12
Diploma or Degree in Finance or LLB xe2x80x93 Beneficial
2+ years Tele Sales + Technical Customer Support experience Advantageous:
2+ years Tele Sales + Customer Support experience within the finance industry Personal Attributes:
Proactive
Positive, can-do attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills Skills Requirements:
Strong mathematics background
Ability to think on your feet and deliver answers to prospects in a confident natural manor.
