Customer Support Advisor (Sash Window & Glazing Services)



About the Role



We are an outsourcing / BPO provider supporting a specialist sash window repair, restoration, and double-glazing business. We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to manage customer enquiries and support the end-to-end service process from first contact through to booking appointments and progressing quotes.

This role is customer-facing and operational, requiring professionalism, accuracy, and a willingness to learn technical information.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Enquiries & Communication



Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online forms Respond to customers in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner Gather accurate information to understand customer requirements Provide clear explanations of next steps in the process

System & Job Management



Log enquiries, customer details, and job information accurately in the system Maintain up-to-date records and notes Ensure information is complete and correctly captured

Appointment Booking & Coordination



Schedule surveys, site visits, and appointments Coordinate availability between customers and field teams Confirm appointments and manage follow-ups

Quotes & Job Progression



Follow up with customers regarding quotes and approvals Track job progress and support smooth handover to operations

Ongoing Customer Support



Support a positive customer experience from start to finish

Skills & Attributes Required



Excellent verbal and written English Strong customer service and communication skills Courteous, professional, and polite at all times Accountable, curious and reliable, with strong follow-through Forward-thinking and proactive in managing tasks Able to absorb information quickly and apply it accurately Willing to learn technical details relating to sash windows and glazing Comfortable working with CRM systems, booking tools, and email Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Working Arrangement



Outsourced / BPO role supporting a client business Training and ongoing support provided
30 hours per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From R5000,00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
