What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year contact centre experience in sales and customer service
Matric / Grade 12
No criminal record
Target-driven mindset
Outbound calling experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
