Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound sales calls and customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate product information and exceptional service
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage customer data and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights on market trends
  • Offer general system and support assistance as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year contact centre experience in sales and customer service
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • No criminal record
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Outbound calling experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
