Customer Service Representative
to join our Supply Chain team in Woodmead. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring smooth, efficient interactions with customers, from order receipt through to delivery, invoicing, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in

Key Responsibilities:
Order-to-Cash Process Management
Take full ownership of the order processing cycle, including order receipt, verification, capturing, delivery coordination, and invoicing.
Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure compliance with organisational processes.
Utilise EDI systems effectively to manage electronic customer orders.
Identify and proactively resolve issues relating to pricing discrepancies, stock shortages, shipment delays, or carrier-related challenges.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong, professional relationships with customers in the designated region, ensuring their needs, expectations, and business context are well understood and addressed.
Stay informed of customer-specific market changes and proactively manage service adjustments.
Collaborate closely with the sales team by sharing insights, participating in customer visits as needed, and identifying potential sales opportunities during interactions.
Complaints & Returns Handling
Record and manage all delivery- or price-related complaints in ARM, ensuring thorough investigation and timely resolution.
Oversee product return processes, including coordinating actions required during product recalls.
Ensure all complaints are resolved and closed following established procedures.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain accurate electronic archiving of customer orders and service-related documentation.
Provide customers with essential documents upon request, including order confirmations, delivery notes, and compliance certificates.
Ensure contracts, service agreements, and related documentation are up to date and accurately maintained.
Education
Bachelor's degree in
Sales, Marketing, Business Management
, or a related field
preferred
.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service, order administration, or supply chain support is an advantage.
Experience within the
medical devices
or healthcare industry is beneficial but not essential.
Technical & Soft Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of SAP will be a strong asset.
Familiarity with EDI systems is advantageous.
Strong customer orientation and a passion for delivering service excellence.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to act proactively and independently.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of a European language is an added advantage.
High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
