The services we offer are not only affordable, but they also include enlightenment sessions on how to generate minimal waste, which is potentially cost-saving and ultimately earth-saving.

Our services include:



General Waste, Food Waste, Dry Mixed Recycling, Glass Mixed, Clinical Waste and Skips.

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications and escalate complaints across several communication channels. To do well in this role, you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

This role will require you to:



Adhere to rules and regulations within the waste industry. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Quote prices for customers over the phone based on the information they provide. Contact suppliers to obtain missing information or answer queries. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices. Upsell existing customers and sell services to potential customers' enquiries. Provide great customer service.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:



High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Comfortable using computers. Experience working with customer support. Fantastic telephone manner Access to the internet with decent speed Ability to self-motivate and use your initiative. Knowledge of XERO accounting system & Payroll (XERO) is beneficial. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Ideally, the successful candidate will be required to be flexible depending on business needs.
