Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to
customers, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping
experience within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer questions about products, services, and store policies
Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and promotions
Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Handle customer complaints and work to resolve issues promptly
Stay informed about new products and services
Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
