Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, processing orders,handling returns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chatting with customers via calls, emails, live chat, and social media - no two days are the same
- Helping people pick the right turf or topsoil and tracking their orders
- Solving problems with patience and a smile - from delivery updates to product questions
- Logging your conversations in our systems so everyone stays in the loop
Experience and Qualification:
- Great communicator - clear, friendly, and professional
- Calm under pressure and great at juggling multiple chats or calls
- Tech-savvy with experience using customer service tools (or quick to learn)
- Previous experience in customer service is a big plus
- Knowledge of gardening or landscaping? Even better (but not a dealbreaker)
