Customer Service Advisor
Job Description
We are currently looking for vibrant and enthusiastic customer service individuals to join our dynamic winning team!
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
Assist with product/service inquiries.
Process orders, returns, and refunds.
Update customer information in the system.
Follow up on customer complaints and concerns.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Meet performance targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
Must have 6 months customer care or sales experience ( Call Centre / face to face)
Matric / Grade 11
Fluent in written and verbal English
Able to work flexible shifts with reliable transportation.
