The Sales Consultant is responsible for providing a one-stop service to walk-in clients, while exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills with the prerequisite in-depth product knowledge
To provide day-to-day support and guidance with regard to ensuring efficient and effective customer service
Selling of products and up-selling of all products and data products in accordance with Sales Targets
Any other such duties that may be reasonably expected within the course of duty.
Job Summary
Deliver excellent sales and service for customers in store.
Assist with technical and product knowledge, in order to offer excellent service, and generate sales.
Offer systems support in order to offer excellent service and generate in store sales.
Ensure that all sales documentation is completed to the required standard and submitted on time.
Offer end to end excellent customer experience in store.
Educate clients on products where required in store.
Excellent communication to all customers, including pricing, promotions, and deals.
Any other duties as delegated by your Manager
Requirements :
Minimum Qualification Grade 12
Call Centre Experience is an Advantage
2-5 Experience in sales in the telecommunication industry
Computer Literate. E.g Microsoft Office
Good People Skills
