As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels Present and promote our products/services to potential customers Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
