Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve targets
Provide detailed information and guidance about products and services
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Proven experience as a Customer Sales Representative or similar sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
