Job Description

We are currently seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Nelspruit, South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Promote and sell products and services to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements



High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. * Must be able to work on-site in Nelspruit, South Africa.
