Minimum Requirements
Final year student or graduate
Own reliable transport.
Computer literacy (proficient in MS Office and online systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to customers (students, prospective students, and other stakeholders) with all experience-related queries and processes, both online and on campus.
Assist with data integrity checks to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Guide customers and prospective customers with campus tours and logistical navigation for classes or events.
Support relevant departments with administrative tasks and duties to expedite an excellent customer experience.
Assist in the administration and activities required for the execution of customer experience campaigns and fast-tracked processes.
Scan and securely save personal information of customers as required for regulatory and operational purposes.
