Job Description

The Sales & Customer Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily sales operations, ensuring seamless order processing, and delivering exceptional customer support across all channels. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
KPA's:
Sales Administration

  • Create, process, and adjust sales orders for independent customers as well as promotional stock orders.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales representatives by addressing order-related queries and proactively tracking waybills so they can keep independent customers informed of expected delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and update all information within the order tracker, ensuring accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies by processing credit notes, stock adjustments, and coordinating with relevant departments when necessary.
  • Process vendor platform orders (e.g., Takealot, Amazon), ensuring compliance with platform requirements and accurate fulfilment.
Customer Service
  • Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, providing clear, professional, and timely assistance.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to online orders, including stock shortages, incorrect items dispatched, returns, and arranging additional stock to be sent where required.
  • Manage and monitor brand email inboxes, ensuring all customer queries and escalations are handled promptly, while also coordinating sponsorship and event requests and directing them to the appropriate team members for review
Minimum requirements: * Matric
  • MS Word & MS Excel
  • Valid code 08

  • Customer-centric with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working with sales systems, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
