Job Summary
Customer Consultant position available for a person with experience in the Financial Services sector
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans is essential (must be fluent in Afrikaans).
- Previous Customer Care experience in a Call Centre and Funeral Insurance knowledge will be preferred.
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook are required.
- Additional Language(s) will be favourable.
