To ensure customer retention by assisting with social media queries, cancellation requests and salvaging, transferring courses . Assisting with projects relating to complaints, cancellations and transfers which include call out projects.

Educational requirements:
Grade 12
1-2 years customer service experience
MS office proficient

Duties and Responsibilities:
Transfers
Processing and submission of authorization vouchers
Social media customer services and query handling
Cancellations xe2x80x93 effective response and salvaging
Achieve targets
Reporting and administration
General administration and adhoc duties
