Job Description


, has a vacancy for a Customer Care Consultant at our head office in Bonaero Park.
The successful applicant will report to the Manager: Customer Care Centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the daily communications and interactions on our social media, email, web widget and chat channels;
  • Ensure that all posts are closed-out appropriately;
  • Manage customer queries within a pre-determined Service Level Agreement;
  • Manage and curate the content on the help section of our website to ensure that information is readily available to customers who have questions;
  • Report on major issues that our customers are facing and ensure that these pain points are being addressed;
  • Pre-agreed turn-around times on queries will need to be met to ensure timeous recovery of client experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent;
  • Internal training on policies, Zendesk, Phone systems, Radix system and PayU;
  • At least 5 yearxe2x80x99s call center experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

  • Practice good time management and willingness to work longer than normal office hours;
  • Remains focused in order to handle objections;
  • Customer focused and service orientated.
