Promote and sells products/services on behalf of call centre clients; meets and exceeds sales quotas and goals.
More experienced Advisors may coach others and support the resolution of escalated complaints in accordance with
business, policy and legal
requirements

Handling contacts via live Internet chat and other real-time Internet applications, e-mail or phone calls and performing data entry to maintain and update customer databases.
Ensuring sales are regulatory compliant; adhering to prepared selling scripts and where a customer is a retention risk this is appropriately manged to retain the customer..
Promoting and selling the products and services of a client company, with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction;
Investigating and resolving any complaints
More experienced Advisors will support the Team Leader by mentoring and supporting team members to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics within the business area
